Most digital health products are built around a single issue — an app for sleep, an app for steps, an app for pain. Yet bodies don’t work that way: movement, breathing, nutrition, lifestyle, environment and understanding all shape health together. The Body Systems™ App was designed as the opposite of another single-issue app: one connected platform, built to hold multiple Systems.
This white paper sets out the thinking behind it. It explains the three-tier architecture — one app, connected Systems, integrated pillars — and introduces Back Pain Systems™, the first launched System: ten connected pillars spanning movement, education, therapy, nutrition, lifestyle and environment, with the BPS RESET™ guided programme at its centre — five recovery stages, six coaching principles, twelve guided weeks, available as a self-guided Solo pathway or with RESET™ coaching.
It also looks ahead — to the Wellbeing and Recovery Systems in development — and inward, to the principles that govern the whole ecosystem. The Body Systems™ is founded on a Constitution of twelve articles, from People Before Pathology to Leave People Better Equipped, and this paper closes with the commitment that defines the platform: support, not overclaim.
