Level 1: where every HODA-A™ clinician begins.
A guided 16-week certification programme — approximately 45 CPD hours of on-demand science, practical laboratories, reflective calibration and live integration sessions, with self-paced learning between them.
Every clinician begins at Level 1 — including the very experienced.
This is a standards decision, not a commercial one. The value of every later level depends on every clinician in the pathway sharing the same calibrated foundations. Experience is respected at Level 1 — and then examined, which is precisely the work.
The 16-week cohort is the guided journey; your learning access is for life. The programme ends. The library — and the community — do not.

Private team cohorts.
Teams of eight or more clinicians from the same clinic, faculty or professional organisation can train as a private cohort — with dedicated community discussion and a learning rhythm built around the team.
The Academy is where you stay.
Certification is a milestone, not an exit. Alumni return to the lifetime learning library, progress towards Level 2 and beyond, join research studies, follow the evolving science through HODA-A™ IN-TOUCH, and keep calibrating in the community of practice.
