Needs an active System subscription. One session per calendar month, with no rollover. Missed sessions, or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, are forfeited. Coaching on your programme, not a clinical assessment or treatment, and not for urgent care. Places are limited; when they are full, there is a waiting list. Cancel the add-on any time.

I'm a HODA-A™ clinician. Do I need to pay for the app?
No. The Academy on the go is included with any HODA-A™ training, for life, with nothing more to pay.
Is this a replacement for seeing a clinician?
No. Everything here is education, self-guided rehabilitation and coaching. If your pain is new, severe or getting worse, please see your GP or a qualified clinician first.
