HODA-A™ Level 1 introduces the scientific foundation behind calibrated hands-on assessment, and shows you why treating the clinician as the measurement instrument changes modern MSK practice.
This programme does not teach new techniques. It trains perceptual discipline.
You will learn how to transform touch from a subjective skill into structured, defensible data acquisition — using the assessment methods you already own.

Designed for busy clinicians
Paced to be finished, not admired.
Minimum engagement is around two hours a week. Full calibration immersion is three to four hours a week. The choice is yours, and it can change from month to month.
The programme is deliberately drip-fed across sixteen weeks to protect depth, repetition and integration — rather than delivering everything at once and calling that value. Perception changes through repetition and time. A weekend course can inform you; it cannot recalibrate you.
