Eight months – and you are committing to the full term personally, emotionally, and financially.  There is not an option to reduce this timeline as the GastroIntestinal Tract needs a specific timeline for cell regeneration and renewal to occur.

This is very variable.  Unfortunately I am unable to give this a definitive answer as it is a very individual outcome. However, as the weeks transpire we should be able to start planning what this may look like before the last sessions occur.

No.  Unless you have signed up for a two-person package.  You are purchasing a six-month package of care with me, Dr. Jo Abbott.

Yes.  These are the minimal requirements needed for me to be able to identify what may be driving your nutritional health and wellbeing concerns.

Yes.  The Gold and Silver packages provide a reduced rate for two of you to share the experience.   The science suggests committing to a new habit is far more successful when we share our experiences with a like-minded individual – so it’d be silly not to offer this too! You will be given a minimal requirement of supplements as part of your programme – these are included in the package costings.  However, as the testing evolves, there may be further supplements that you may need.  You shall be advised on this as the data comes in.  You will need to fund these supplements.
