You’ll fill in the secure form below with your health background, symptoms, medications, and address for the test kits.

Step 3 — Test Kits Delivered to Your Door

Your chosen lab kits (usually from Genova Diagnostics) are shipped directly to you with full instructions.

Outcome: no travel, no clinic visit — everything arrives at home.

Step 4 — Complete & Return Your Tests

You collect your samples at home (simple step-by-step guide provided) and send them back to the lab using the pre-paid packaging.

Outcome: samples received and analysed by the lab.

Step 5 — Results Review (Zoom)

Once results arrive, we meet again online to go through your report together.
I translate the science into plain English, connecting your symptoms to what we see in your biomarkers.

Outcome: a clear understanding of what’s really going on.

Step 6 — Your Personalised Plan (2–4 weeks)

I write a detailed, phased plan that addresses your findings and goals.
This may include nutrition, movement, sleep, mindset, and targeted supplements if needed.

Outcome: a practical, sustainable roadmap to recovery.

Step 7 — Supplement Support (if needed)

If nutraceuticals are recommended, I set up a ready-made Amazon basket so you can easily order the exact products without any guesswork.

Step 8 — Plan Walk-Through (Zoom)

We meet again to go through your plan step-by-step — dosage, timing, goals, and how to adapt it to your life.

Outcome: confidence, clarity, and full support as you begin.

Step 9 — Follow-Up & Ongoing Support

You’ll have 2–4 Zoom catch-ups during your journey to monitor progress and fine-tune your plan.
Between sessions, we’ll use WhatsApp for quick updates, questions, and guidance whenever you need it.
