Level 1: where every HODA-A™ clinician begins.
A guided 16-week certification programme: approximately 45 CPD hours of on-demand science, practical laboratories, reflective calibration and live integration sessions, with self-paced learning between them.

Every clinician begins at Level 1, including the very experienced.
This is a standards decision, not a commercial one. The value of every later level depends on every clinician in the pathway sharing the same calibrated foundations. Experience is respected at Level 1, and then examined, which is precisely the work.
The 16-week cohort is the guided journey; your learning access is for life. The programme ends. The library, and the community, do not.

From calibrating the instrument to testing it.
Level 2 moves from calibration to measurement: it tests the instrument, the clinician, directly. It is being built as a small-group programme taught face to face by Dr Jo, taken to where cohorts cluster rather than tied to one venue.

Private team cohorts.
