This Module brings the health and wellbeing of the Cardiovascular System together, at rest and during play. Learn how to objectively measure progression in health for you client, but also how to optimize their training time and performance. This Course is designed to give the learner all the knowledge to enhance all aspects of Cardiovascular health and wellbeing. Peak Expiratory Flow (PEF), also known as Peak Expiratory Flow Rate (PEFR), is an objective measure of how well the lungs are functioning. Your heart rate, or pulse, refers to how many times your heart contracts and relaxes per minute, and heart rate training zone is a range that defines the upper and lower limits of training intensities.
