Follow-up Appointment with Jo Abbott
A follow-up appointment is for people who have seen Jo within the last 3-months. These single sessions are used to check-in on you and your progression since your last session with Jo, providing the perfect opportunity to update your treatment or homework plan. Please do not book a follow-up appointment if you have not seen Jo for 90-days.
These sessions are a duration of 1-hour, however, if you wish to have more time with Jo, please book the time you require, i.e., 2 or 3 hour blocks can be booked.
